Project Overview

A portfolio project focused on improving port productivity and safety through a smart AR and cloud-based terminal operation system.

As part of the IoT-based Intelligent Port Logistics Technology Development Project, BPT Sinseondae Terminal was recreated as a digital twin of the actual terminal environment. Powered by VARLOS®, the system connects equipment, vehicles, and operation status in real time, enabling port information to be monitored from a single screen.

By visualizing terminal assets and work status through IoT-linked data, operators can understand operations more intuitively while improving productivity, efficiency, and safety management. The project also validated the practical use of IoT and digital twin monitoring in port environments.
