When the user operates the valve and inputs the tank volume and other set values, the discharge volume is calculated according to the pump module and the tank volume using the discharge volume is calculated. The height is calculated using the volume of this tank, and the slope of each tank, stress, etc. are calculated and the result is given to the user.
Features
● The user can select and practice a scenario suitable for his or her situation.
LOADING : Cooldown / Loading Start / End of Loading / Draining & Purging
DISCHARGING : Cooldown / Discharging Start / End of Discharging / Draining & Purging
AT SEA : Ballast Voyage / Laden Voyage / Tank Cooldown
BUNKERING : LNG Bunkering
DOCK IN : Stripping / Warm-up / Gas-free / Aeration
DOCK OUT : Drying / Innerting / Gassing Up / Cooldown
● The user can immediately check the change according to the value set by the user.
Value inputted by user - User operates the valve - User inputs amount of tank - User inputs other setting values
Pump Module - Calculate discharge volume
Tank Calculation Module - Calculate height using tank volume
Loadmaster Module - Volume Gradient, Stress Calculation per Tank
Scenario 1 - LOADING START
This is the loading start scenario. ESD Cold Test has been completed after docking on the starboard side of the LNG terminal, and each cargo tank is loaded with 2% cargo. Inject LNG from the terminal into each tank through the lineup and operate the H/D Compressor to keep the tank pressure constant. Cargo loading is stable and ends the scenario when the cargo volume is above 5%.

Simulator setting and loadcom calculation result
Scenario 2 - END OF LOADING
This is the loading end scenario. Each cargo tank is being loaded with LNG, and loading is up to 94% complete. Stop the land cargo pumps in sequence and adjust the injection valve opening so that the cargo is loaded in the order of cargo tank 1 and cargo tank 2. Shut off the terminal's cargo pumps and stop the H/D compressors when you're nearing 98% of the maximum cargo injection.
END OF LOADING Scenario
Simulator setting and loadcom calculation result
Scenario 3 - DISCHARGING START
This is the discharging startup scenario. The ESD Cold Test has been completed after docking on the starboard side of the LNG terminal, and each cargo tank is loaded with 96% of the cargo. Discharge the LNG from each cargo tank into the terminal through the lineup, and line up the gas injection to keep the pressure in the tank consistent.
DISCHARGING START Scenario
Simulator setting and loadcom calculation result
Scenario 4 - END OF DISCHARGING
This is the discharging end scenario. The LNG unloading in each cargo tank is currently 5% of the cargo volume in each tank. Stop the cargo pumps sequentially to reduce the unloading speed and adjust the valve opening so that the cargo is unloaded in the order of cargo tank 1 and cargo tank 2. When unloading cargo, stop the cargo pumps and ask the terminal's compressor to stop just before the cargo volume in the cargo tank reaches the target of 2%.
END OF DISCHARGING Scenario
