Samwoo Immersion Co., Ltd. announced that it is carrying out a youth safety program to help young people develop the ability to survive from disasters and have the ability to protect others as well as themselves. This program will be held at SWXR CAMPUS located in Dong-gu, Busan, and will provide various safety theory education and realistic safety situation experience to teenagers.
In the first class, theoretical education is provided to young people to learn how to safely cope with various dangerous situations that can be encountered in daily life and in disaster situations. It deals with various topics such as fire, water, typhoons, and earthquakes, and provides time to raise youth safety awareness.
In the second class, students experience realistic situations using the latest technology, virtual reality (VR). By learning about dangerous situations without being exposed to actual dangerous situations, adolescents can raise their awareness of danger and recognize the importance of safety to improve their ability to prevent accidents. In addition, the VR experience, which enables repeated learning, can increase the learning effect through active participation of adolescents, and can form safe behavioral habits.
An official from Samwoo Immersion Co., Ltd. said, "Samwoo Immersion Co., Ltd. has planned this program for the safe growth of teenagers. Through this program, we hope that teenagers can raise their awareness of safety and acquire the ability to cope properly in a disaster situation."
