On the 18th, the 2nd 『Immersion Teamwork Onboarding Program』 was held at SWXR CAMPUS in 2024. The 'Immersion Teamwork Onboarding Program' focuses on helping new employees quickly immerse themselves and grow according to Samwoo Immersion's values and direction.

It consists of a special lecture (ITAF training) directly conducted by the CEO, Samwoo Immersion introduction and content demonstration conducted by the Strategic Business Department, Samwoo Immersion system system and OT training conducted by the Management Planning Department, and developer basic job training conducted by the Technology Strategy Office. The onboarding program is designed to comply with Samwoo Immersion's core values and philosophy, helping new employees quickly acquire and apply them.

New employees who participated in this onboarding program showed a high level of commitment, and Samwoo Immersion was able to strengthen teamwork and strengthen individual capabilities at the same time.
