Samwoo Immersion Co., Ltd. successfully operates a capacity building program for employees
Samwoo Immersion strives to continuously improve the professionalism and strengthen teamwork of all employees. Accordingly, the 'Employee Capacity Building Program' has been conducted once a week since March as part of the 'Immersion Team Capacity Building Program'. In particular, this program, targeting employees who use the Unreal Engine, was conducted for employees who want to grow into experts in the field, and received a lot of attention from many Samwoo people.
The 'Employee Capacity Building Program' aims to improve job skills based on practical experience in the field. To this end, Samwoo Immersion used the Unreal Engine program to deliver practical technology and know-how on various topics such as 『Unreal Engine and Blueprint』 and 『Materials and Procedural Patterns in Unreal Engine 5』, especially utilizing Unreal Engine. The lectures were focused not only on theory but also on practice that could be directly applied to practice, so participating Samwoo people were able to experience practical competency strengthening.
Samwoo Immersion will continue to develop and implement various programs to improve the professionalism of employees and strengthen teamwork, and will strive to ensure that all Samwoo people grow and develop together.
