Samwoo Immersion is working to improve the work environment to increase the work efficiency of its employees and create a more productive work culture. · Upgraded work environment by introducing a new coffee machine in 25 years and renewing the in-house cafe BEYOND CAFE
Samwoo Immersion has been actively collecting employees’ opinions and making improvements centered on necessary spaces to increase employee satisfaction. As part of this, it has introduced a new coffee machine and renewing the in-house cafe BEYOND CAFE.
With this change, employees can enjoy coffee in a more convenient environment and take short breaks during work more comfortably. The newly renovated in-house cafe will be used as a space where employees can freely communicate and recharge, rather than simply providing beverages.
· Expanding support for improving job satisfaction
Considering the rapidly growing size of the organization, we regularly conduct job training and workshops to strengthen the capabilities of employees and provide welcome kits to new employees to help them adapt smoothly.
In addition, we are increasing employee satisfaction through support for hobby activities and a long-term service award system, and are also carrying out additional work environment improvement work such as renovating the hallways and interior walls inside the office. We plan to continuously improve the work environment by operating detailed welfare policies.
