On December 18, 2024, Samwoo Immersion was selected as a family-friendly certified company, making another leap forward as a company that practices family-friendly management. This is the result of Samwoo Immersion’s efforts to actively support the work-life balance of employees within the company and create a healthy and happy work environment.


Selected as one of 37 Busan companies this year

This certification is even more meaningful as Samwoo Emotion is selected as one of 37 companies in Busan out of a total of 442 newly selected companies and institutions in 2024. This shows that Samwoo Emotion is contributing to improving corporate culture and improving employee welfare within the community.


What is a family-friendly certified company?

Family-friendly certification is a system run by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, and is awarded to companies that take the lead in actively implementing various policies and systems to help workers balance work and family life, such as flexible working hours and childcare leave support. Samwoo Immersion has focused on creating an environment where workers can freely and flexibly balance work and family life.
