Samwoo Immersion Co., Ltd. Builds Core Facilities of Korea Polytechnic University’s New Technology Education Center ‘Digital Education Innovation Center’ with Advanced AR/VR Solutions – Attends Opening Ceremony as a Partner Network Company
On the 21st, Korea Polytechnic University’s New Technology Education Center officially opened the ‘Digital Education Innovation Center’ to lead artificial intelligence (AI)-based digital education innovation. This center’s opening is expected to bring about a new wind of innovation throughout the education sector by effectively responding to the rapidly changing digital education environment and strengthening the digital capabilities of teachers and vocational education personnel.
Samwoo Immersion Co., Ltd. was selected as a ‘Digital Education Innovation Center Partner Network Company’ and provided VR STATION XO and various VR, MR contents for job training to the ‘VR Zone’ in the center. Based on this, the center plans to operate a training program on educational production and utilization methods using cutting-edge technologies such as VR/AR/XR, and the development of digital education programs and support for teacher training are expected to be carried out more systematically.
In addition, the smart classroom and augmented reality (AR)/virtual reality (VR) zone in this center were designed based on Samwoo Immersion’s cutting-edge technology. The smart classroom applies the latest AR/VR technology to create an immersive learning environment that blurs the boundaries between reality and virtuality in educational settings. The high-performance hardware and sophisticated content solutions provided by Samwoo Immersion provide an intuitive and effective educational experience for both teachers and students, and contribute to maximizing educational effectiveness through repeated learning and real-time feedback.

In particular, the VR STATION XO we support is an all-in-one VR education system that is free to move, providing a higher level of immersion and realism not only in classroom environments but also in various practice spaces. This enables systematic practice and evaluation in teacher training and job training programs, and its technical excellence and user-centered intuitive interface are setting a new standard for digital education innovation.
In addition, Samwoo Immersion will cooperate with the center to build ‘XR-based remote vocational education’ content and platform so that realistic vocational education can be provided even in areas with weak training infrastructure. Through these efforts, we will seek to eliminate regional gaps in digital education and strengthen nationwide educational capacity.
