Samwoo Immersion Co., Ltd., 14th Anniversary “EXPANDING NEW MARKETS BEYOND BOUNDARY” Infinite Commemoration Ceremony Completed
On the 16th, the 14th anniversary celebration ceremony attended by the CEO and all executives and employees of Samwoo Immersion Co., Ltd. was held successfully. This anniversary event, attended by 83 former employees, was held at the first training center of Samwoo Immersion’s proud XR-based job training platform, ‘SWXR CAMPUS’, and was designed as a symbolic event that showcased the company’s technological prowess and spatial innovation at the same time. The anniversary ceremony, which is now in its 14th year, went beyond a simple commemorative event and was designed as an opportunity to share Samwoo Immersion’s healthy organizational culture, sustainable growth, and people-centered management philosophy.

The event began with CEO Daehee Kim's opening remarks and vision statement. CEO Daehee Kim said, "Samwoo Immersion has established itself as a leader in the domestic XR industry with its immersive content technology for the past 14 years," and expressed his ambition, "Going forward, we will leap forward as a company that leads digital transformation across education and industry."
In particular, the philosophy of “People-centered technology, employee growth leads to company growth” garnered great sympathy from executives and employees. Next, he introduced a global expansion strategy based on AI and digital twin technology, and announced plans to secure overseas bases in the U.S., Taiwan, and Dubai, and develop its XR education platform ‘IX Market’ into a global content hub. The CEO's message, “We will move beyond technology to become a company that connects people and markets”, raised expectations for Samwoo Immersion's next leap forward.
In the first part of the event that followed, awards were given to employees with 5 years of service (5 years of service: 1,000,000 won and 3 days of paid vacation) and congratulations were given. It was a time to warmly express gratitude, as incentives were also awarded to those who contributed to the company. The CEO said, “We will not forget the hard work of those who have written the history of Samwoo Immersion with their endless dedication and passion.” In addition, there were warm moments such as welcoming those who were converted to regular employees in May, and holding a congratulatory and gift-giving ceremony for the 5 people whose birthdays were in the same month.
In the second part, various events were held that all employees could enjoy together. Games and quizzes that tested collaboration and quick thinking, and the lucky draw that everyone was eagerly awaiting, where various prizes such as ‘1-day vacation voucher’ and ‘Pulio massager’ were prepared, received a great response from the employees. It was a meaningful time where all employees laughed and sympathized together.
After all the official events were over, we finished the anniversary ceremony by renting a restaurant near the company and having a meal to express our gratitude to all the employees. It was a meaningful time to have a candid conversation with colleagues who were busy with their daily work and encourage each other's efforts and passion.
Closing the ceremony that day, CEO Kim Dae-hee said, “The 14th anniversary is not just a number, but evidence of the time we have accumulated together,” and emphasized, “Everyone here today has made Samwoo Immersion what it is today, and they are partners who will create its future together.” He continued, “Providing real growth to customers through the Perfect Immersion Experience (IX), and embedding the teamwork and leadership to make this happen throughout the organization, will be the driving force behind Samwoo Immersion’s next leap forward,” and concluded the ceremony with a message that he will fully cheer on and support the challenges and growth of all Samwoo people.
