The event, organized by the Korea Shipmanagement Association, aims to foster substantive business exchanges with stakeholders in the Japanese shipping and shipbuilding industries. Samwoo Immersion will present a range of XR-based convergence technologies, including its IMXR® eco-friendly propulsion fuel vessel training content, maritime safety training content, smart ship management solutions, and BEYOND-X branded products. Through these offerings, the company seeks to propose a maritime education environment that meets global standards.
The roadshow will feature a total of four thematic presentation sessions, concluding with a meeting among Japanese shipowners. Samwoo Immersion CEO David Kim will be a speaker in the second session, delivering a presentation titled "Reality Tech for New Trends and Eco-Friendly Fuel Propulsion Ship Education." He will discuss the necessity of adopting new technologies within the Japanese shipbuilding industry.
Through this event, Samwoo Immersion expects to engage directly with approximately 100 representatives from Korean and Japanese shipowners, classification societies, and shipbuilding equipment companies. The company aims to collaboratively explore development directions for the shipbuilding and shipping industries in both countries, while also expanding opportunities for its entry into overseas markets.
