Samwoo Immersion Co., Ltd., Korea Lift College 'Elevator CBT Multimedia Education System' Successful Construction and Content Development Completion Report Meeting Held
In June 2025, Samwoo Immersion successfully completed the environment construction and content development of a CBT-based MRL elevator installation multimedia training system to enhance the safety and professionalism of the elevator industry at the Korea Lift College, and held a report meeting to share the results.
This project was promoted with the goal of developing CBT (Computer-Based Training) content that systematizes the MRL (Machine Room-Less) elevator installation process and establishing an industrial site-linked, practical training system.
Samwoo Immersion has completed content designed to help anyone, from beginners to field workers, clearly understand the installation procedure through a digital-based education environment where repeated learning is possible, and to prevent safety accidents in actual work sites. Korea Lift College has added effectiveness by cooperating in verifying the on-site applicability and expertise of the education content.
[CBT-based content core composition]
The training content consists of a total of 19 training modules that systematically classify the entire MRL elevator installation process according to actual work procedures, and is closely linked to field practice.
From the initial stage of installation, installation of on-site safety measures and protective equipment, to installation of the upper platform and power equipment, and plate work, rail installation, pit configuration, car and major component installation, the entire installation procedure is implemented as CBT-based multimedia content that allows for intuitive and repetitive learning.
Each module is designed to allow students to virtually experience the actual site using video, graphics, and simulation elements, and provides a learning environment where students can accurately understand the installation sequence and naturally acquire practical skills.
[Establishment of an industrial site-linked education system]
Through this system construction, Samwoo Immersion aims to contribute to strengthening the effectiveness of education and training by implementing a customized on-site education system, and further spreading the safety culture of the elevator industry. In addition, this system is expected to play an important role in expanding cooperation with related organizations and companies due to its excellent educational promotion effect and scalability. In addition, through cooperation with Korea Lift College, we expect to be able to strengthen the substance of the practical education curriculum and expand connections with related organizations and companies to maximize educational effectiveness and applicability to industrial sites.
