A growth journey that starts with immersion - ITLP Immersion Teamwork Onboarding Program Report

On June 17, 2025, Samwoo Immersion successfully conducted the ITLP Immersion Teamwork Onboarding Program for new members and key talents. This onboarding was not a simple adaptation program, but an immersive experience where one could directly experience Samwoo Immersion’s philosophy as a “company that grows customers” and its process-centered communication culture.

This program, which began with a special lecture by the CEO, made us look back on Samwoo Immersion's core values of customer-centered project operation and thorough communication-based work process.
Samwoo Immersion's ITAF system (Immersion Teamwork Administration Framework) standardizes projects to achieve predictable schedules, resource optimization, and goal-oriented results management.
These systems are not just about internal efficiency, but are ultimately focused on maximizing the performance and immersive experience perceived by our customers.

After the representative lecture, the participants had time to personally experience Samwoo Immersion's own VR and MR content and feel the company's technology and direction. The basic developer job training that followed included lectures on project issue management methods using Redmine and GitHub-based configuration management practice that can be applied directly to the field, providing practical training that helps internalize technology centered on practice.

Onboarding on this day became the starting point for sharing the system with new employees and for everyone to move toward the same goal.
