Samwoo Immersion, a leading company in Extended Reality (XR) and Digital Transformation (DX), successfully hosted the 2026 all-employee workshop, 'Value Up! Beyond Boundary 2026', on February 26th at its headquarters and via online platforms.
This workshop was held as a venue to share future visions under the theme of ‘Value Up! Beyond Boundary 2026’. In particular, departing from the traditional method where all employees gather in one space, it drew attention by proceeding with customized on/offline participation of relevant working-level staff for each program. Through this, while transparently sharing the company-wide vision and annual plans by department, intensive discussions were held to achieve core business goals such as the development of the next-generation platform (NEXUS-X LBVR) and the advancement of internal processes.

Part 1. A Master Plan for the Future, A Venue for Creating Synergy by Department

The first part kicked off with opening remarks and the presentation of the company-wide annual plan. CEO David Kim expressed his deep gratitude for the hard work of all employees who dedicated themselves to the company's growth over the past year, and shared the new direction and vision for 2026.
Emphasizing the core slogan of this workshop, 'Beyond Boundary', CEO David Kim urged everyone to prove Samwoo Immersion's unique industrial value (Value Up) by transcending the limits of existing businesses. In particular, he stated that the company will focus its corporate-wide capabilities on this year's main strategies: ▲Securing new growth engines led by the next-generation platform 'NEXUS-X LBVR' ▲Improving corporate-wide process efficiency through the introduction of modularization ▲Strengthening market competitiveness through XR·AI convergence technology.
Following this, detailed strategy presentations for creating synergy among departments took place. Starting with the Technology Strategy Office, a total of 11 business and support departments, including the XR Business Division, DX Business Division, Defense Business Division, and System Business Division, took the stage in a relay format to share their annual plans for 2026. Each department presented organic collaboration plans with other departments beyond fragmented goals, and active Q&A sessions broke down the boundaries of rank and department among online and offline attendees.
Part 2. In-depth Strategy Workshop for Discovering Next-generation Engines and Process Innovation

In the second part, in-depth strategic workshops for core businesses responsible for Samwoo Immersion's future competitiveness and internal system advancement were held consecutively. First, the 'NEXUS-X LBVR Strategic Planning Workshop' hosted by CEO David Kim was a venue for intensive discussion for the successful launch of the next-generation flagship platform, 'NEXUS-X LBVR'. Managing Director Hyunbin Kim and other offline attendees, along with working-level staff connected online, checked the completeness of prototype contents in a hybrid environment and deeply discussed future development directions and plans for building a sustainable business model (BM). Going beyond sharing simple ideas, it was conducted as a highly focused, in-depth meeting where sharp strategies were exchanged to gain a competitive edge in the market.
The subsequent'Company Introduction Management and Writing Process Workshop'was also an innovative attempt to maximize operational efficiency. In this session, a modular company introduction writing process was newly established so that the company's vast portfolio can be quickly and flexibly assembled like 'Lego blocks' to meet the needs of clients. Through this, the resources required for proposal writing and sales response were drastically reduced, while simultaneously elevating the professionalism of internal and external communication to the next level. We could confirm Samwoo Immersion's solid execution ability to promote practical business innovation rather than stopping at declaring a macroeconomic vision.
Part 3. A Warm Organizational Culture with Growth and Celebration

In addition to strategy discussions, side events were held to strengthen harmony among employees. Right after the workshop, a welcoming ceremony for those converted to full-time employees in January and February and a celebration of employees' birthdays served as an opportunity to reaffirm Samwoo Immersion's uniquely warm and tight-knit teamwork.
Concluding the ceremony, CEO David Kim stated, "This year's workshop broke away from formal events and was a meaningful time focused on creating practical business value and communicating with employees," adding, "2026 will be the first year of a leap forward where Samwoo Immersion goes beyond existing boundaries (Beyond Boundary) and proves new industrial value (Value Up)."
