Samwoo Immersion CEO Leads AI Training: “From AI Technology to Practical Competitiveness” Accelerating Employee Capabilities through NotebookLM
Samwoo Immersion conducted basic training on using 'NotebookLM,' an AI tool built into Google Workspace, to strengthen the AI capabilities of its employees.
This training was held under the theme “30-Minute Mastery of Data Collection and Document Preparation using NotebookLM!” and introduced the process from data collection using NotebookLM to data organization and document creation through practice-oriented sessions. In particular, it was structured around data research and document organization methods that can be used in actual work, allowing employees to understand and utilize AI tools more easily.

The training was personally led by Samwoo Immersion CEO Kim Dae-hee, and hands-on practice using PCs was conducted alongside the lecture to allow participants to experience the main functions of NotebookLM in line with actual work flows. In addition, online participation was also offered for employees who could not attend in person, ensuring that more staff members could participate. During the practice session, employees directly performed tasks such as data research, information organization, and document drafting using NotebookLM, producing results that could be used in actual work within a short period of time.
Samwoo Immersion continues R&D to integrate various artificial intelligence technologies, such as OWLIX AI, into the fields of education and training. OWLIX AI is an AI-based learning analysis solution developed in-house by Samwoo Immersion, which analyzes learner behavior and data to provide personalized learning content and feedback. Along with such AI technology development, Samwoo Immersion is steadily operating internal training programs to enhance employees' AI utilization capabilities and promote the strengthening of AI competency throughout the organization.
An employee who participated in the training shared, "I felt like I wanted to use NotebookLM in my actual work, and I was able to experience how much AI tools can significantly increase the efficiency of the research and document creation process," adding, "I want to actively utilize various AI tools in my work in the future."

Meanwhile, Samwoo Immersion is scheduled to hold an AI capability enhancement conference on April 16 under the theme 'Level Up with AI, Value Up with IX.' At this conference, various cases of AI utilization in business fields will be shared, such as development application cases using Codex, AI-based image and video production, and AI-driven 3D modeling optimization. In addition, practical AI utilization know-how, including AI marketing strategies and business automation methods, will be introduced through invited lectures by external experts.
