Future Talent Training Center SWXR Campus Practices ESG Management by Contributing to Youth Job Creation Through Programs for Unemployed Vocational High School Graduates
The Future Talent Training Center SWXR Campus, operated by Samwoo Immersion, has been selected as the representative company for the 2026 "ESG-type Future Tomorrow Youth Work Experience Program," hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and operated by the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI). Through this project, conducted in collaboration with the KCCI Busan Human Resources Development Center, we aim to practice ESG management values and fulfill our corporate social responsibility by contributing to job creation for young people in the Busan area.
The program will run for about two months from May to July, following the recruitment and selection of participating youth in April. The first month (May) will serve as preliminary learning, featuring communication and basic business skills training at the Busan Human Resources Development Center. Following this, participants will gain hands-on experience and training in various practical tasks at an actual corporate site for one month.
< Pre-Production-Based Practical Project Course >
The course applies the exact business processes and frameworks used by actual development companies, covering the planning, development, and PR (sales) stages based on Pre-Production. This is designed to enhance participants' understanding of corporate fieldwork and significantly boost their employment capabilities.
This Pre-Production is a practical, hands-on project where trainees directly develop and manage items currently in the planning stage aiming for market release, utilizing Samwoo Immersion's proprietary content development framework (IMDF) and resources. By providing the tools, resources, and standardized document formats actually used in the fieldโfrom planning and development to utilizationโthe program aims to foster field-oriented talent and strengthen employability through real-world experience, moving beyond mere theory and basic exercises. The final results will be used by Samwoo Immersion as a basis for determining actual development and market release, and the generated outputs will be structured so that trainees can utilize them as portfolios for their job-seeking activities.
To cultivate field-ready talent, Samwoo Immersion SWXR CAMPUS has consistently conducted programs such as the "Marine ICT Talent Fostering Project," "Work-Study Dual Program (IPP)," and "Vocational and Meister High School Field Practice Projects." By linking high performers and outstanding trainees directly to employment, we have hired over 10 trainees and participants over the past three years, contributing to alleviating local youth unemployment and creating jobs.
A representative from Samwoo Immersion stated, "We intend to fulfill our corporate social responsibility by actively participating in and operating continuous workforce training and talent development programs, thereby contributing to solving the youth unemployment issue, which has become a major social problem."
