Samwoo Immersion completes the establishment of an 『 extended reality-based multilateral submarine engine equipment education and training system』
Samwoo Immersion attended the『Civil-Military Technology Transfer Project Final Evaluation』 hosted by the Civil-Military Cooperation Promotion Agency held on February 22, 2024. For a total of two years, we prepared standards for an extended reality Son Won-il class submarine engine equipment education and training system standard through simulated engine training equipment, extended reality-based training content, and systematic operation environment research and development and validation, and took the time to present the final video and prototype demonstration.
Over the past two years, through regular meetings of research institutes and expert advisory meetings, we have developed and commercialized technology that actively reflects the needs of the military, improving design completeness and mitigating technical risks.
In addition, we obtained test reports through TRR result-based DT (quantitative item official test), OT progress, and KCL witness test for 14 types of quantitative items, and we have applied for patents, program registration, and GS certification based on technical quantitative results to support national defense projects and education. We have created a new business model through industrial convergence and created a new basic educational environment for the naval and maritime industries.
