Samwoo Immersion recently successfully implemented an innovative teamwork onboarding program for new employees. The 'Immersion Teamwork Onboarding Program' focuses on helping new employees quickly immerse themselves and grow according to Samwoo Immersion's values and direction.
This program consists of a special lecture by the CEO (ITAF training), developer training program, developer basic job training, OT education, basic mindset education, and IMDF practical training.
