The 'Leisure-Friendly Certification,' sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism and organized by the Korea Culture & Tourism Institute, is awarded to companies and institutions that adopt leisure-friendly practices to enhance the quality of life for employees. Established in 2012, the certification program has recognized a total of 607 companies and institutions with 775 certifications to date, aiming to spread a culture of leisure-friendly management.
