Participation in the 'Korea Environment & Energy Trade Fair(KEET)' by the Technology Innovation Alliance to support non-R&D projects in regional innovation cluster development projects
Samwoo Immersion will showcase its XR integrated solution for industrial education and training (IMXR®) at KEET, held at the Kimdaejung Convention Center in Gwangju from July 9th to 11th.
Participating as part of the 'Technology Innovation Alliance,' a non-R&D support program under the Regional Innovation Cluster Project organized by the Busan Regional Institute of Industrial Advancement (RIIA), Samwoo Immersion will present various shipbuilding and marine industry content. This includes ship job training VR content, secured through both Phase 1 and 1.5 R&D projects and non-R&D support for the Regional Innovation Cluster Development Project, which visitors can experience at their interactive booth using XR experience equipment (VR STATION XO).
Additionally, visitors can experience effective hands-on training in various fields where real-world practice is difficult, such as marine, industrial, and medical sectors, through PC-based standalone VR/MR content. Furthermore, the digital twin-based smart port and ship carbon management platform(VARLOS®), currently under development as a Phase 2 R&D project, will be presented via video. Beyond operating an experiential booth, Samwoo Immersion plans to explore practical business opportunities by participating in technology exchange meetings among exhibiting companies supported by RIIA and engaging in customized corporate consulting.
