Samwoo Immersion Inc. has been officially selected as a resident company for the ‘2025 Core Industry Content Training Center’ hosted by the Ulsan Information Industry Promotion Agency,
and has designated its new base as the ‘Ulsan IX Development Center’ as it begins full-scale operations.
This launch of the ‘Ulsan IX Development Center’ goes beyond simply securing office space—it marks the establishment of a strategic forward operating base
that integrates XR (Extended Reality) technology with Ulsan’s core industries such as manufacturing, energy, and mobility.
‘Ulsan IX Development Center’: A Hub for Content Validation & Business Expansion
Samwoo Immersion Inc. plans to brand the newly secured space not as a simple development office but as the ‘Ulsan IX Development Center.’ The space will serve as
a multi-functional business hub enabling content demonstrations, client meetings, and prototype testing within a single location.
The center aims to develop customized VR training modules by identifying real-time needs from Ulsan’s three major industries—shipbuilding, automotive, and chemical. It will also pursue technology enhancement through joint R&D with the Ulsan Information Industry Promotion Agency and regional research institutions.
