Samwoo Immersion Unveils 'CPR-X,' a Next-Generation XR-based CPR Training Solution
While swift CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) in a cardiac arrest situation plays a critical role in saving lives, existing training methods have had several limitations. These include lecture-based theoretical education, simple compression training that lacks realism, and VR education with poor immersion and imprecise feedback.
In response, Samwoo Immersion has introduced 'CPR-X,' a next-generation XR practical training solution that combines XR technology with hands-on equipment to overcome the limitations of traditional CPR education.
CPR-X enables immersive practice in a realistic environment and precisely measures the trainee's compression location, depth, and speed through an Annie sensor and motion tracking. It also provides the App Instructor program, which allows multiple trainees to train simultaneously and instructors to monitor data in real time, maximizing educational effectiveness.
