On the 16th, Samwoo Immersion held an 'Immersion Teamwork Workshop' for all employees. This workshop was held at SWXR CAMPUS, and the core topic was 'BM (Business Model)', focusing on 'Change to a BM-centered company'.
In Part 1, Seyoon Kim, CEO of EEB Networks Co., Ltd., gave a special lecture on BM establishment. CEO Kim introduced how to create a BM canvas under the theme of 『2023 Wi-Fi Management Strategy Academy "BM School"』, brainstormed BM-based ideas with employees, and selected and awarded the best idea. A Samwoo Immersion official said, “It was a very beneficial time, and I gained confidence in new ideas.”
In Part 2, there was a time to introduce 'SWIM-BM', which CEO David Kim personally planned and prepared. This was a lecture explaining the concept and use of Samwoo Immersion's BM Deck.
CEO David Kim said, “This Immersion Teamwork Workshop served as an opportunity to equip a great engine for Samwoo Immersion’s great leap forward toward 2024.” He shared his thoughts on the event, and employees gained a new vision for a better business model.
