On the 16th, the '12th anniversary event' was held in the Lecture Room of Samwoo Immersion Co., Ltd.

This event, in which 73 all employees participated, was held at a workshop earlier this year to reflect on the keyword of 2023, 'Samwoo Immersion Great Leap Forward, Quantum Jump!'

CEO Kim Dae-hee announced the start of the program in earnest. CEO Kim Dae-hee once again emphasized the 'XR industry job ecosystem expansion model through IMDF-based platform', and Samwoo Immersion executives and employees were able to reflect on the company's vision and values. In addition, he emphasized six keywords (Communication / Information / Time / Conclusion First / Blue Print / Leader), and explained that he hoped for the growth of employees and the company through these keywords.

The cake cutting ceremony drew attention because it was more than just cutting the cake, it had the meaning of honoring the achievements and future growth of Samwoo Immersion Co., Ltd. together for 12 years. In particular, CEO Kim Dae-hee, Technical Director Kim Hyun-bin, and Generel Maneger Kim Jin-kyung, were able to confirm the sense of solidarity between the Strategic Planning Office and the Technology Strategy Office.
Then, a reward ceremony for long-serving employees was held. CEO Kim Dae-hee said, “You have contributed to the development of the company by faithfully fulfilling your duties,” and gave a reward of 1 million won and 3 days of paid vacation.

Lastly, a celebration event for those who converted to full-time positions in May and a celebration event for birthdays in May were held. In particular, four interns were converted to full-time positions, and CEO Kim Dae-hee personally delivered a welcome kit for new employees.
CEO Kim Dae-hee said, "The steps that started on May 16, 2011 have accumulated over 12 years. We will try to make a company that makes a quantum jump with a more powerful leap." and showed positive expectations for the future.
