 XR Experience Equipment

VR Station XO
Advanced VR Training System Implementation Equipment

All-in-ONE equipment for VR education allows training anywhere without restrictions on movement between training rooms and indoors and outdoors, and is designed for easy operation with a 43-inch touch screen.

Portable VR Kit
Portable VR Training System Establishment Equipment

Designed in the form of a carrier, Samwoo Immersion's Portable VR KIT allows free mobile education, so there are no restrictions on training places such as ship loading and long-distance movement, and non-face-to-face education is possible.

CPR/AED XR Kit
Basic first aid XR equipment

It consists of an evaluation system that supports trainees' demonstration screen confirmation and progress status review, and a CPR model linked to the solution. It is a carrier-type equipment that can be carried so that there are no restrictions on the training location.

XR Safety Education and Career Experience Content

The DreamWorkshop is designed as a space to cultivate talents by integrating essential digital skills and creativity for the Fourth Industrial Revolution era. It enables participants to experience and learn the latest technologies through XR equipment.

This open learning space allows local residents and youth to share technology and creative culture while growing together. It provides opportunities to bring creative ideas to life and develop problem-solving skills.

Furthermore, the DreamWorkshop fosters an inclusive learning environment by offering customized educational programs tailored to various ages and skill levels, ensuring participation for everyone. It also aims to achieve mutual growth and cooperation with the local community by delivering engaging and collaborative content

XR safety training and career experience content focus on strengthening crisis management skills through repetitive practice in a realistic simulation environment, rather than just theoretical learning.

Expected Benefits of XR Safety Training and Career Experience Content Education

  • Improved Real-Time Response Ability
By experiencing actual disaster and safety situations in a virtual reality (XR) environment, students can develop the ability to respond quickly and accurately in emergencies. Through repeated learning of various scenarios, they gain confidence in staying calm and handling situations effectively in real-life crises.

  • Safety Behavior Habit Formation
Experiencing safety training through virtual reality allows learners to intuitively understand the importance of safe behaviors and apply them in real life. By practicing safety actions in disaster situations such as typhoons, earthquakes, and fires, they prevent accidents and enhance crisis management abilities.

  • Enhanced Immersion in Non-Face-to-Face Learning Environments
XR-based experiential education helps students learn immersively without being physically restricted. It allows them to safely experience dangerous situations that they otherwise couldn't, maximizing the effectiveness of the learning process.

  • Providing Diverse Career Exploration Opportunities
Career exploration content, such as experiences in baking or hairstyling, enables students to gain a deeper understanding of specific jobs and experience the work environment beforehand. This not only sparks interest in different careers but also assists in making informed decisions about career choices.

  • Strengthening Skills Through Repetitive Learning
Virtual reality enables repetitive learning, allowing students to learn through mistakes and failures. By engaging in multiple experiences, they can acquire safety procedures or professional skills and improve their ability to apply them in real situations.

  • Enhancing Job Readiness and Employment Competency
Through career experience content, students practice the necessary skills and knowledge for specific job roles, thereby strengthening their professional capabilities. This hands-on experience helps them gain practical experience, making them more competitive in the job market and better prepared for employment.

Korea Polytechnic University Iksan Campus, through the development of XR safety training content, will provide students with more practical and effective education. This will give them significant advantages in their future professional careers and in responding to disaster safety situations.
