The center wanted to build a system that enables not only resident companies but also trainees to utilize the content created by in-house content production companies. Samwoo Immersion proposed establishing an effective support environment through IMXR® job-training VR/CBT-based content. |

Immersion Strategy
The VR/CBT content provided by Samwoo Immersion is characterized by being designed so that anyone can easily carry out the training—even without being an industry professional or majoring in a specific field. It enables effective learning by overcoming limitations such as dangerous environments or conditions where repetitive training is difficult. In particular, through the established VR STATION and learning management system, multiple devices can be executed and controlled, making it efficient for additional content expansion.
IMXR® Instructor Training Control & Monitoring System
This integrated control system was created for efficient system operation. It applies an intuitive UI and is a customized program developed to meet operator needs. It includes features such as training control monitoring, selecting training modes by scenario, and integrated power control. It was designed to resolve the difficulties and inconveniences of having to control each device individually even though each device has separate functions.
IMXR® Job-Training CBT Content
(1) Elevator Training System : This program provides intensive and repetitive training services for elevator beginners, aiming to deliver accurate information on elevator installation and maximize training immersion. By recreating elevator installation sites in a 3D virtual space, it minimizes potential risks on site, ensures trainee safety, and is expected to contribute to developing talent and building a training/education environment based on the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

(2) Ship Job Training – Marine Engine : This training equipment enables education and training on the principles, structure, and auxiliary devices of marine diesel engines, targeting marine engineer trainees. As a computer-based training device, it provides a vivid learning environment to increase engagement and concentration by allowing users to examine the internal structure of a diesel engine in operation. By observing and operating a virtual marine engine modeled identically to a real engine from various viewpoints, trainees can learn the engine’s principles, structure, operation, and the disassembly/assembly process.

Through a curriculum developed in accordance with the standards of designated training institutions by the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, this content helps improve LNGC crew members’ safe operation and job competency. While many ships are being ordered, practical training environments remain insufficient. By applying VR technology, Samwoo Immersion provides content that enables training for LNG bunkering, debunkering, LNG-fueled engines, LNG-powered ship operation, and emergency drills, aiming for safe and smooth voyages.
