Traditional fire investigations are dangerous, time-pressured, and rely heavily on static 2D photos and reports, making it difficult to accurately reconstruct incidents and convincingly present findings in court.
Samwoo Immersion’s Solution
By using 360° camera images and software, we create immersive and navigable virtual replicas of fire scenes. Investigators can virtually walk through the scene even after it has been cleared, examine evidence from any angle, and collaborate remotely. Developed in partnership with NFS, this solution has been applied to major cases like the Hwaseong battery plant fire.

Marine emergency drills such as ship collisions, fires, capsizing, and tidal flat rescues are logistically complex, costly, and inherently dangerous to reproduce in real-life scenarios.
Samwoo Immersion’s Solution
Developed multiple VR training systems, including a marine disaster response virtual training system and Korea’s first tidal flat safety VR experience. The tidal flat system realistically simulates tide speed, terrain, and even mud texture to train safe rescue procedures. Used to train new officers and enhance skills of existing personnel.
