Future Talent Development Center SWXR Campus Successfully Concludes the NEXUS-X EDU CAMP โ Hands-on Experience in AI-Based 3D Model Generation and MR Lesson Design
Samwoo Immersionโs SWXR Campus successfully concluded the free โNEXUS-X EDU CAMPโ teacher training program on October 17, 22, and 24, with more than 20 educators participating across three sessions. The training was designed to help teachers design and experience MR-based lessons firsthand, enhancing their capacity to operate future-ready classrooms.
The program included a theoretical lecture on Digital Edu Tech, a hands-on session using the NEXUS-X platform, guidance on actual content authoring, worksheet-based practice, and feedback and Q&A sessions. Participants could select between 2-hour and 3-hour sessions depending on their schedule.
NEXUS-X is an MR-based education platform that allows teachers to independently design lesson scenarios, set up object interactions and evaluation logic, and visualize complex concepts with ease. The platformโs AI-powered 3D model auto-generation feature enables real-time creation of teaching materials, even for abstract subjects like math and science, helping students intuitively grasp learning concepts through immersive visualization. Additionally, the platform supports multi-user collaboration, enabling simultaneous participation, teamwork, and discussionโeffectively transforming a traditional classroom into a collaborative experimental learning environment.
Participating teachers highly praised NEXUS-Xโs resource management system, AI-based 3D model generation, lesson authoring tools, and multi-user access features, noting their strong potential for use in social studies and science education.
According to the satisfaction survey, the training achieved an average satisfaction score of 4.8 out of 5, with 80% of participants rating it as โvery satisfactoryโ (5 points). Furthermore, 81.8% of respondents indicated that the NEXUS-X platform would be helpful for classroom instruction (โneutralโ or above), and among them, an impressive 68.2% rated it as โvery helpfulโ (5 points), underscoring its strong educational value and practical applicability.
