Samwoo Immersion operates a shipping and port logistics career experience program for local middle and high school students
From the 24th for two days, the 「2024 Local Innovation (RIS) Project Career Experience in ICT Digital Port Logistics for Middle and High School Students」 will be held at the SWXR CAMPUS of Samwoo Immersion. This program, hosted by the Ministry of Education, the National Research Foundation of Korea, and Busan Metropolitan City, and organized by 16 career education support centers in Busan’s districts and counties, offers students the opportunity to experience the future of advanced technology and the maritime logistics sector through smart port logistics experiences utilizing XR (Extended Reality) and Digital Twin technology.

This program, themed 'XR and Digital Twin Technology and Smart Port Logistics', allowed students to directly experience content that applies XR (Extended Reality) and Digital Twin technologies, providing firsthand insight into how the latest technologies are being utilized in the maritime logistics sector. In particular, students had the opportunity to engage with XR content used for the education of actual port workers regarding industrial accidents, giving them a deeper understanding of the maritime logistics field.
