SWXR Campus provides practical support for job seekers’ employment preparation through AI·XR lectures, VR·MR experiences, and corporate Q&A sessions
SWXR CAMPUS, operated by Samwoo Immersion, hosted an XR·AI-based education and experience program on September 22 as part of the “Cheongkkeul Corporate Exploration” job competency enhancement initiative organized by the Busan Economic Promotion Agency. The program, attended by around 20 job seekers, went beyond a simple company tour by combining AI·XR lectures, VR·MR experiences, and corporate Q&A sessions, providing participants with both a deeper understanding of cutting-edge industries and strengthened employment readiness.
The program began with a company introduction and an AI·XR special lecture. The lecture explored how XR and AI are applied in real industrial fields, while also addressing the future-oriented skills required across sectors such as semiconductors, manufacturing, and education. Job seekers were able to gain insights into practical technology trends and preparation strategies needed in the recruitment process. Active Q&A sessions with the company and lively discussions on technology made the atmosphere even more engaging and dynamic.

The hands-on program that followed featured MR-based content on the eight core semiconductor processes, which received an enthusiastic response from participants. The content, designed to intuitively visualize complex semiconductor processes, was praised as being highly beneficial for job preparation. Many participants shared positive feedback, noting that they could better understand difficult concepts through direct experience.
Job seekers also actively raised questions about overall corporate operations and the future outlook of the XR industry, reflecting their high level of interest and engagement. One participant commented, “Through VR and MR experiences, my interest in the tech industry has grown even more, and I believe this will greatly help me deepen my understanding of the industry as I prepare for employment.”
Moving forward, SWXR CAMPUS plans to further expand its XR·AI-based employment-linked education and corporate exploration programs for job seekers, aiming to strengthen young people’s understanding of industry practices and enhance their competitiveness in the job market.
