Samwoo Immersion Operates Best Innovation Company Benchmarking Program for Officials of the National Agency for Administrative City Construction (NAACC)ย
On June 19 (Thursday), Samwoo Immersion conducted an Innovation Company Benchmarking Program for public officials from the National Agency for Administrative City Construction (NAACC).
This program, organized at the request of NAACC, included a visit to Samwoo Immersionโrecognized as an outstanding innovation companyโand consisted of lectures and hands-on experiences covering topics such as: โOrganizational Culture and Collaboration Methods,โ โDevelopment and Operation Processes of Immersive Content,โ โEmployee Competency Development and Internal Communication Practices,โ and โCore Technologies and Applications of Immersive Content.โ
At Samwoo Immersion, work is carried out based on the standardized workflow system ITAF (Immersion Teamwork Action Framework)ย to ensure efficient operations and smooth communication. In addition, the company has introduced and operates ITLP (Immersion Teamwork Leadership Program) to strengthen employee competencies and improve overall work efficiency.
Through this program, Samwoo Immersion was able to directly share its organizational culture, communication strategies, and efforts for capability enhancement, providing valuable direction for improving the operational efficiency and internal capabilities of NAACC.
