Future Talent Development Center SWXR Campus — Gaining Inspiration for Startups and Career Paths through Real-World Industry Experiences
SWXR Campus, operated by Samwoo Immersion, hosted 50 university students from Busan National University and Busan University of Foreign Studies on November 21 (Fri) for the "Startup Idea Hackathon Competition" organized by the Regional Community Innovation Headquarters. Samwoo Immersion delivered dedicated lectures and Q&A sessions, sharing practical experiences and inspiration based on its long history of growth. The program provided students with hands-on exposure to a real corporate environment, allowing them to concretize startup ideas and experience career exploration and entrepreneurial spirit firsthand.

From 11:00 AM to 12:20 PM, students attended a corporate lecture, followed by a company tour and Q&A session, engaging actively with the staff. They asked numerous questions about XR technology applications and digital twin-based business cases, with some even approaching representatives during breaks to ask three questions each. During the tour, students carefully observed the facilities and workflow processes. The highlight was the Defense Simulation Experience Space at Samwoo Immersion’s Immersion Space, where students were impressed and fully immersed. One participant remarked, “This is something you can’t learn through searches. I clearly understood the thinking and approaches needed in real-world practice.”
The corporate visit allowed students to naturally develop strategic thinking, team-based problem-solving skills, and practical business insight, while fostering entrepreneurial spirit and career aspirations. A SWXR Campus representative stated, “The program was designed for students to see and learn from a real company, gaining confidence that they too can build a company. We plan to continue offering hands-on corporate tour programs for students preparing for careers or interested in startups.”
