SWXR Campus Provides Job Seekers with Hands-On XR Career Experiences Using Immersive Content
SWXR CAMPUS, operated by Samwoo Immersion, successfully hosted an XR-based career experience booth at the โ2025 Chungcheongbuk-do Job Fairโ held on September 25 at the Cheongju Olympic National Sports Center. The fair showcased 1,144 job openings from leading local companies and attracted approximately 6,400 job seekers. The XR career experience booth drew significant attention, engaging participants and providing an immersive, hands-on career exploration opportunity.
At the booth, participants engaged with industry-tailored VR and MR content, including โSemiconductor Manufacturing Process,โ โSemiconductor Equipment Maintenance Process,โ and โSecondary Battery Cell Production Process,โ alongside CPR training content (CPR-X). The specialized semiconductor and secondary battery exhibits provided job seekers with practical insights into industrial workflows, earning positive feedback. Participants also practiced CPR firsthand, enhancing safety skills and on-site response capabilities while directly experiencing the effectiveness of XR-based career training.

Participants commented, โExperiencing the semiconductor process in MR made it much easier to understand than videos or textbooks,โ and โThe CPR-X session allowed me to test my safety response skills, which was very helpful for developing practical on-site awareness.โ At the event, questions about โusing XR content and industry prospectsโ were actively exchanged, demonstrating high engagement and interest.
SWXR Campus plans to continue expanding career fair and company visit programs using XR equipment and content, aiming to enhance young peopleโs industry understanding and strengthen their employability.
