Introduced VR training simulation, a core myofascial therapy point for physical therapy that can be mastered alone anytime, anywhere

The "2022 Summer Training Seminar and Regular General Meeting" of the Korea Physical Therapy University Education Conference was held at the Eastar Hotel in Jeju Island for 2 days from the 29th, and Samwoo Immersion Co., Ltd. participated as a partner. A place to demonstrate and introduce the [Physical Therapy Job Training VR KIT] developed by myself was prepared.

The 'Physiotherapy VR Kit' introduced on this day is a VR simulation education system that allows physical therapists and physical therapy trainees to use VR devices and contents to learn the 'fascia therapy point', which is the core of the actual physical therapy process, and increase their proficiency. You can learn and train over 600 'fascia therapy points' of the human body anytime, anywhere, and master the myofascial manual therapy process. If you use the evaluation mode, you can test your own proficiency, and you can increase the effect of physical therapy education in the future by making big data about repeated mistakes or mastery steps, periods, and processes for a specific 'fascia treatment point'.

Existing 'fascia therapy point' practical training must be conducted in groups of two. Since it is necessary to find and press a treatment point by touching the human body directly, Samwoo Immersion's physical therapy VR KIT is a 'physical therapy VR KIT required for trainees that can be conducted non-face-to-face with vivid VR contents. It's the biggest advantage."

Samwoo Immersion built the 'SWXR Campus' in its headquarters building earlier this year and is developing and operating VR-based LNG ship crew job training, medical service job training contents and training programs. 

In addition to this 'Physical Therapy VR Kit', we plan to develop and supply educational materials and contents that implement various field practice courses in VR, and soon implement a metaverse-based non-contact physical therapy practice environment.
