High-risk neonatal infection control job training is an Extended Reality (XR) training course used in education and training in the Department of Nursing at Gyeongsang National University. Nursing students conduct training for each type of infection control, including skin care for premature infants peripheral venous catheter (PICC) insertion site, high-risk drug injection management, and ventilator (Nasal CPAP) child care. There is a practice mode and a practice mode, and the practice mode is an in-depth training course for trainees who are somewhat proficient in the job procedures so that they can perform their duties within the time limit.
