High Risk Neonatal Nursing Job Training is an Extended Reality (XR) training course being used in education and training in the Department of Nursing at Gyeongsang National University. Nursing students perform infection control, nursing related nursing, contact isolation guidelines and environmental management training when entering the neonatal intensive care unit by job type. Students performing training can improve their job performance through repetitive job training in a virtual space similar to reality.
