Samwoo Immersion SWXR CAMPUS, in collaboration with the University of Ulsan, successfully conducted the 「XR-Based LNGC Basic Training Program」

From August 1st to 2nd, the Samwoo Immersion SWXR CAMPUS XR ECO-SHIP Job training Center successfully operated the 「XR-Based LNGC Basic Training Program」 as part of the University of Ulsan's extracurricular program. This training program received great acclaim from students of various departments, including Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Ulsan.

The program provided theoretical education on eco-friendly fuel-powered ships, the LNG industry, and the LNGC cargo management process, along with opportunities to familiarize students with LNGC ships through XR-based LNGC Viewer simulations. Additionally, students were given the chance to practice cargo management procedures, such as Loading and Discharging, using XR content.

Through this course, students expanded their knowledge of eco-friendly fuel-powered ships and the LNG industry. They also had the opportunity to directly experience work procedures and protocols conducted in actual field operations through XR practices. The immersive XR training, in particular, was highly beneficial in enhancing students' practical skills and understanding the importance of real-world tasks.
