The Busan Tourism & MICE Association successfully held the ‘30th BTMA Forum’ on the 15th.
The forum was held at the Central Hotel in Haeundae-gu, attended by about 100 people from tourism and MICE companies, universities and related organizations.
This forum was held under the theme of ‘New Era, New Beginning, Busan MICE’. Information was exchanged on major issues in the tourism and MICE industries recovering from COVID-19, such as responding to event cancellations, enacting standard labor costs, and using technology such as metaverse.
