Epic Games Korea, an Unreal Engine developer famous for the metaverse game “Fortnite,” announced that it launched the K-Digital Twin Working Group on the 26th of last month. It is co-hosted by Epic Games Korea and KT, and participated 19 companies, institutions, and universities, including Megazone Cloud, DLE&C, Nable Communications, Metaverse Entertainment , Mobiltech, bithumb META, Samwoo Immersion, Starlabs, Adobe Korea, EGIS, GIANTSTEP, CLO Virtual Fashion, HYBE IM, Hongik University, ETRI, OGN, TCAG, etc.
The launch of the K-Digital Twin Working Group aims to ▲ pioneer digital twin utilization ▲ form industry standards ▲ build a domestic ecosystem. A leader for each DT will be appointed to create various cases of collaboration with partners within the group.
