Silla University (President Heo Nam-sik)'s Department of Visual Design announced on the 2nd that it signed a business agreement with Samwoo Immersion Co., Ltd. (CEO David Kim), a specialized XR solution development company.

On October 31, an agreement ceremony was held at the headquarters of Samwoo Immersion Co., Ltd. located in Choryang-dong, Dong-gu, Busan, with key officials from both organizations in attendance, including Kim Bok-kyung, Dean of the Department of Visual Design at Silla University, and Samwoo Immersion Co., Ltd. CEO David Kim.
Through this agreement, the two organizations agreed to cooperate with each other, including △ educational cooperation related to the LINC3.0 project and establishing an industry-academia cooperation system △ supporting field special lectures and field trips △ exchanging employment information.
On this day, a field trip program hosted by the Industry-Academia-Research Cooperation Leading University Development Project Group (LINC3.0 Project Group) was held along with a special lecture on 'Metaverse Industry Job Trends' to 4th year Visual Design students who participated in the agreement ceremony, Samwoo Immersion Co., Ltd. headquarters touring, and XR Opportunities were provided to directly experience various digital technologies, including experiencing basic job training content.
