Samwoo Immersion's 'World's First XR-based Job Training and Talent Nurturing Center' SWXR CAMPUS opening ceremony was held.
On this day, Samwoo Immersion Co., Ltd. CEO Daehee Kim introduced SWXR CAMPUS and established three job training centers for XR eco-friendly ships, aviation maintenance, and medical care, as well as an XR experience center for children and youth, an XR developer training center, and an XR field. The vision was declared for 6 affiliated centers including the support center.
In addition, 26 universities and public institutions attended and signed a business agreement to revitalize the private-led XR-based future talent nurturing, designation of branch 18 of the Busan Local Industry-Academic Cooperation Center, and business agreements for digital twin and metaverse R&D cooperation.
Afterwards, we toured the campus facilities with the heads of the participating organizations, and had time to explain lecture facilities, major construction equipment, and contents of each affiliated center.
