XR Specialized Training Hub Connecting Future Industrial Sites, Practical, Realistic Learning Results Experienced by Elementary, Middle, and High School Students to Engineers
The SWXR Campus of the Future Talent Training Center has established itself as a representative institution for realistic education based on XR, AI, 3D, and VR. The SWXR Campus, operated by Samwoo Immersion, has grown into an XR professional education hub connecting future industrial sites, exceeding 4,000 visitors to education and experience in 2025.
The SWXR campus, which has grown rapidly since its opening in 2023, covers a wide range of educational subjects from elementary, middle and high school students across the country to university students, teachers, and corporate officials, providing future technology experiences and practical education. It has established itself as a future talent training center optimized for industrial and educational needs through a hands-on curriculum centered on XR technology, and has increased the immersion of education with a project-type program that combines AI, 3D, and UNREAL technologies.
This year, the educational spectrum has been strengthened from youth experience programs to professional engineers and developers. XR exploration, AI-based career exploration, and 3D pen production activities for teenagers have been well received for their hands-on content that fosters creative thinking. During the teacher training course, a "future classroom experience program" was held that allows students to experience student-centered class design using AI and MR tools.
Customized training courses for industries also received attention. Centered on the XR Engineer Job Training Center, the program was operated to provide realistic experiences of the latest technologies of major industries such as semiconductors, secondary batteries, and eco-friendly fuel-powered ships, and the process of 3D production and XR developer training using Unreal and Blender has also been expanded. Through this, participants directly acquired the ability to produce XR contents that can be applied directly to the practice.
The SWXR campus is functioning as a realistic educational platform that connects 'industrial field-education-technology' beyond a simple experience space. It is designed so that participants can acquire the competencies required in the actual industrial field in stages by adjusting the content difficulty level according to the target of education and periodically updating the curriculum according to technological changes.
Participant satisfaction is also very high. Reviews such as "I was able to learn a new job and have fun experience," "VR and XR learning is much faster than lectures," and "I felt a sense of accomplishment through creative activities by team" continue, and the 4,000-person mark is evaluated as an indicator that XR and AI-based future education is actually spreading in the field beyond the increase in the number of simple visits.
"More than 4,000 students and teachers have experienced the value of XR-based realistic learning this year," a SWXR campus official said. "We will continue to strengthen professional technical education and AI and XR programs in line with industrial changes to create an educational ecosystem where more participants can learn and grow."
