A case of VR solution for high risk neonatal nursing at Seoul Women's College of Nursing
Providing educational content to improve job training and disaster response capabilities for healthcare industry workers and nursing students
Samwoo immersion has successfully established an immersive VR solution in the field of high-risk neonatal nursing in cooperation with Seoul Women's College of Nursing.
This project was conducted with the aim of using virtual reality (VR) to develop practical response capabilities required in real situations, away from existing theory-based education. Samwoo Immersion nursing VR content has supported nursing students to increase their skills and response skills through repeated learning in a realistic environment.
The VR solution we built includes high-level scenarios such as neonatal intensive care unit infection control, high-risk drug management, and ventilator management,
Learners can repeat their practice in virtual reality to strengthen their readiness and response to real-world situations.
Samwoo Emotion applies dualized screen composition and mapping technology to completely remove external screen distortion that may occur during training
Maximized the effectiveness and immersion of education.
Samwoo Immersion and Seoul Women's College of Nursing have led to a paradigm shift in medical education through this project and laid the foundation for educators at Seoul Women's College of Nursing to be trained in an efficient and safe educational environment.
