Jeju Air introduced safety training through VR (virtual reality) into the cabin crew's safety education program to enhance their ability to respond to emergencies. The flight attendants will be evacuated. In order to increase the learning concentration of cabin crew, where field experience is important, and to maximize the effect of experiential education through interaction, together with Samwoo Immersion, which specializes in developing job training contents, learn the basic skills that cabin crew should have and The goal was to improve the ability to cope with emergency situations through repeated training by giving the situation. Departing from the existing training methods based on photos or images, differentiated education was conducted with increased immersion through experiential education centered on trainees. Afterwards, various on-site scenarios were applied to develop contents that can improve the cabin crew's ability to cope with situations.
