SWXR Campus, a Center for Nurturing Future Talents, Concludes AI Education and New Industry Career Experience for Haeundae-gu Hope Education District โ Students Score 4.9 Out of 5 Stars!

On June 19, SWXR Campus, operated by Samwoo Immersion, visited Bansong Elementary School to deliver a special future technology education program as part of the AI Education and New Industry Career Experience Initiative for the Haeundae-gu Hope Education District. A total of 30 sixth-grade students from Bansong Elementary School participated in the program, which spanned across the 5th and 6th periods. The curriculum was meticulously designed so that students would not just encounter artificial intelligence and robotics as dry, theoretical concepts; instead, through hands-on experience with educational tools combined with familiar sports, they could naturally understand future new industries in an engaging way and explore their own career paths.

During the first session in the 5th period, a customized theoretical lecture was conducted under the theme of 'The World of Robots,' tailored specifically to the students' eye level. The session explored the etymology and origin of the word 'robot,' and utilized tailored visual and video materials to help elementary students intuitively grasp what roles robots play in our daily lives and future industries. As the exciting videos unfolded on the screen, the students demonstrated a high level of focus and became deeply immersed. They also directly observed an advanced autonomous driving vehicle prepared on one side of the classroom, with eyes continuously full of wonder and curiosity.
The subsequent practical session in the 6th period featured the highlight of this educational program: 'Robot Soccer Practice.' Students engaged in 2-on-2 team matches using soccer robots controlled via wireless radio frequency technology. The moment the matches began, the classroom erupted with a level of enthusiasm reminiscent of a real stadium. Students maneuvered the robots by manipulating their controllers, displaying explosive reactions and cheering passionately with shouts of "Win!" and "Score a goal!" whenever their team seized an attacking opportunity.

During the Q&A session that marked the conclusion of the program, a diverse array of questions poured in from the children. The interactive dialogue flowed seamlessly, covering everything from humanities-based tech questions like "Who was the first person in the world to make a robot?" and "Why are robots called robots?" to inquiries that revealed a deep academic passion for future technology, such as "How should I study if I want to get better at Arduino?"
< [Student Satisfaction Survey] Robot Soccer Experience Reviews from Bansong Elementary School >
The educational initiative concluded as a resounding success, recording an overwhelming satisfaction score of 4.9 out of 5. In the post-class survey, students left vivid reviews filled with gratitude, stating, "I want to play robot soccer for a longer time," "AI soccer was so much fun that I definitely want to do this again next time," and "The class was fascinating and rewarding." In particular, 'Game Development' was selected as the most desired educational field they wished to participate in next, followed closely by a large number of responses wanting to try a 'VR Experience,' illustrating the youth's burning desire for new technology education. Reflecting these voices from front-line classrooms, SWXR Campus plans to continuously expand customized new industry educational programs for youth.
An official from SWXR Campus stated, "Seeing the children's eyes sparkle as they actively controlled the robots and threw out questions reconfirmed the direction that future edutech education must pursue." They added, "We will fully support customized future education infrastructure so that more regional youth can joyfully experience cutting-edge new industry technologies and nurture their dreams."
