Strengthening Employee Emergency Response Capabilities Through XR-Based CPR Training
On January 15 (Thu) and 16 (Fri), 2026, Samwoo Immersion conducted an in-house CPR training program for all employees using the CPR-X–based XR cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) system. The training was designed to strengthen practical response capabilities, enabling employees to take immediate and confident action in emergency situations.
Participants alternated between immersive XR-based CPR experiences using CPR-X and hands-on practice simulating real-world environments, learning CPR procedures step by step. This approach allowed employees to experience the entire process seamlessly—from situation awareness and decision-making to physical response.

Employees who participated in the training shared feedback such as, “It was impressive to learn CPR through actual physical practice rather than theory alone,” “Having experienced a realistic emergency scenario at least once significantly reduced my anxiety,” and “The realistic environment—including location and sound—made it easier to stay fully immersed.” Overall, the program received strong evaluations for its high level of engagement and active participation. The training session was also produced as a short-form video, allowing viewers to quickly experience real employee reactions and training scenes.

A representative from Samwoo Immersion stated, “In emergency response training, hands-on experience is far more important than theoretical knowledge alone,” adding, “We hope this CPR-X–based in-house training will contribute not only to individual response capabilities, but also to strengthening safety readiness at the organizational level.”
