At the awards ceremony, students Bae Jeong-ah and Park Jae-hyun from Samwoo Immersion Co., Ltd. received the Grand Prize (Award from the Director of Busan Regional Headquarters of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea). They participated in various projects including planning and producing promotional content within the actual working environment of Samwoo Immersion, and were highly evaluated for organically linking education with real practice. This has been recognized as a concrete outcome of Samwoo Immersion’s field-oriented talent development strategy.

In particular, during the event, a plaque of appreciation was presented to ▲Samwoo Immersion and eight other companies that provided high-quality on-site training opportunities, further emphasizing the meaning of mutual growth. Samwoo Immersion has actively participated in curriculum design and practical project operation, contributing to the establishment of a model in which companies and universities grow together.
In the work-study program, Samwoo Immersion applied its proprietary LBVR platform and digital twin technology to education, enabling students to carry out tasks directly connected to real business. Participating students experienced the entire process from planning to final output, enhancing their field competence, and the projects were utilized as actual promotional content, contributing to the expansion of the corporate brand and the delivery of technological value.
Student Bae Jeong-ah, who received the Grand Prize, said, “The project I carried out at Samwoo Immersion was directly linked to real company work, so I approached it with a strong sense of responsibility, and that experience was the most valuable learning for me.” Student Park Jae-hyun also commented, “Thanks to the environment where school and company were naturally connected, I was able to develop practical skills, and it was a great help in deciding my future career path.”
This performance sharing conference was an opportunity to once again confirm the direction of practical talent development pursued by Samwoo Immersion. As the educational model created together by companies and universities is leading to tangible results, Samwoo Immersion plans to continue fostering talent and driving technological innovation based on industry-academia cooperation.
