In developing countries, maritime accidents involving human casualties continue to occur due to the insufficient safety operation system for coastal passenger ships operating on land or between islands. Coastal passenger ship safety is an issue that transcends borders, requiring mutual cooperation among various stakeholders. Thus, by providing experiential VR contents to developing countries where coastal passenger ship accidents frequently occur, policy makers can contribute to establishing effective passenger ship safety policies.
